Shipping to New Zealand

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 or a $8.00 flat rate on all other orders for New Zealand.
All New Zealand orders are dispatched from our Akari warehouse in Auckland via Go Sweet Spot. 

  • Delivery made between 9am-5pm Monday – Friday.

  • Deliveries to the Auckland region within 1-3 business days after your order is placed.

  • North Island delivered within 2-4 business days after order is placed.

  • South Island delivered within 3-7 business days after your order is placed.

*Some rural deliveries may take longer.
Please note we do not deliver to parcel lockers or PO boxes.
 

Shipping to Australia

We're thrilled to now offer shipping to Australia – with no surprise fees! 🎉 All Duties, Taxes & GST Are On Us

Australia:

  • ✅ All prices include Australian GST (10%)

  • ✅ We cover all import duties and customs clearance fees

  • ✅ You pay only what you see at checkout – no hidden charges

We offer Free shipping on all orders over $100.00 or a $26.00 Flat rate on all other orders to Australia

excluding Northern and Western Territories. We don't offer free shipping to Northern and Western territories

and flat rate or $35.00 on all orders. 

All Australian orders are dispatched from our Akari warehouse in Auckland via Go Sweet Spot. 

Our Courier partners are NZ Post and Fed Ex. 

  • Deliveries to QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA & TAS regions within 5-7 Business Days

  • Deliveries to NT & WT regions within 7-10 Business Days.

Some Rural areas may take longer

All Other International Orders:

All other international orders will be sent via DHL. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees required to clear your shipment into your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

On average, duties and taxes across most countries and territories typically range between 0–20% of the order value. In our experience, additional charges are uncommon due to the average value of our products; however, customs policies vary by location and we cannot guarantee that fees will not apply.

We strongly recommend checking the applicable duties, taxes, and import regulations for your country or state before placing an order, as these charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
